Students in level 3 will cultivate group cohesion so they can tap into the improv magic of “group mind.” In level 3, students continue to strengthen character and scene work with an emphasis on performing sets that connect scenes into broader themes and motifs. Students will begin to hone their innate comedic voice as they reconnect with their instincts and tune in to their classmates. Prerequisite: Level 2 at ColdTowne Conservatory

ABBY LINCOLN is an improviser, actor, and teacher from Austin, Texas.  She is also the Conservatory Director of ColdTowne Theater. Abby's comedy career began at Shenandoah Conservatory, which is where she began improvising and where she earned her BFA in Acting.  Abby is also a graduate of ColdTowne Conservatory and has been featured on ColdTowne house teams and mainstage shows, including B.Iden Payne nominees “Sextet”, “Dinner for Six”, and “Express Yourself.” Abby's education career began a decade ago in Austin public schools where she worked as a teacher and instructional coach. In addition to her work at ColdTowne, she teaches adult education courses at a local nonprofit.
